Before Going to AP PGECET Counselling so many of them have confusion over the Online Web Counselling, so here we are providing PGECET Counselling Process in detail.

PGECET Web Counselling :

Step :1)  First Of all Logon to Official Website http://pgecet.apsche.ac.in , then Home page will be displayed.

Step :2)  Click Option Web Counselling , then it shows Web Options in the Next window.

Step :3)

In Below Window shows Instructions clear manner and remember the Scratch code Remember.

Step 4)

Instruction Mentioned in it read it clear, then click I Understood Button.

Step 6) Enter the Details Mention in the Below window then click submit.

Step 7) Option Form will be displayed with collages names on the left side this window displays all

Collages based on the gender and methodology.

In the above we found options to minimize the windows by using selection list. In which first filter is Alphabet order and District order. If we select any district then it displays All collages eligible foe PG in engineering in that district.

Second Option is Alphabet Order  need to enter alphabet, if we enter B then it show all engineering collages with B letter start.

It is Necessary to select the Options by colleges on the left side window and add it to right side window, and take priority according for the collage that we selected.

If we want to delete any collage from the list in the right of the window select the collage then delete it.

After Selection of the Collages then it is necessary to Click on Save Button and enter the Scartch Card Password and then click the confirm button.

Step 9) Candidate who are interested to change any in the Collages and priorities then it is necessary to Click the Frozen button. If candidate want to change after frozen. Candidates want to change any thing need to approach help line center.

Step 10)

Saved or Frozen  options can be viewd or printed through Print options available down to the window.

Web Counselling Will be Closed according to Date of closing of online counselling. Once any one frzen the Collages list and Priorities thenit is not possible to alter.

After Completion of the Online counselling , it result and date of web counselling will sent to the mobile and provisonal allotment order print will be take from the website.
